탐독 개인정보처리방침

[개발자 또는 회사명](이하 "개발자")는 모바일 앱 탐독(Tamdok)(이하 "서비스")을 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루고 관련 법령(개인정보 보호법 등)을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 서비스에서 어떤 정보가 어떻게 쓰이는지 알려 드립니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보

서비스는 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 같은 개인정보를 개발자가 직접 수집하거나 개발자의 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

  • 읽기 진행 상황, 완료한 챕터, 힌트 사용 기록
  • 보유한 원두(게임 내 재화), 해금한 챕터, 버닝타임 남은 시간
  • 앱 설정(언어, 난이도, 글자 크기, 소리, 진동)

2. 서비스 이용 중 자동으로 처리되는 정보

가. 콘텐츠 제공 (Google Firebase)

책과 챕터 내용을 내려받기 위해 Google Firebase(Firestore, Storage)를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 기술적으로 IP 주소, 기기 및 앱 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다.

나. 광고

서비스는 무료로 제공되며 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고를 보여 주기 위해 아래 광고 서비스를 사용하며, 이들은 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

  • 광고 식별자(iOS의 IDFA, Android의 광고 ID)
  • IP 주소, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반), 기기 종류·운영체제·언어·앱 버전 등 기기 정보
  • 광고 노출·클릭·시청 완료 등 광고 상호작용 정보

사용하는 광고 서비스: Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay(미디에이션) 및 이를 통해 연결되는 광고 네트워크(Unity Ads, ironSource 등)

이 정보는 광고 표시, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 사용 방지를 위해 쓰이며, 각 광고 서비스가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.

다. 인앱 결제

원두 구매와 광고 제거는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 신용카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 구매 완료 여부만 기기에서 확인합니다.

3. 광고 개인정보 선택권

  • iOS: 앱을 처음 실행할 때 "추적 허용" 창이 나타납니다. 나중에 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
  • Android: 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
  • 유럽 경제 지역(EEA)·영국 이용자: 앱을 처음 실행할 때 광고 개인정보 동의 창이 나타납니다. 동의하지 않으면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 동의는 앱 더보기 > 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 확인하고 바꿀 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

개발자는 개인정보를 별도로 보유하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관되고 삭제 시 함께 지워집니다. 광고 서비스 및 Firebase가 처리하는 정보는 각 서비스의 방침에 따릅니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법령에 근거한 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 서비스를 이용하며, 이들은 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

위 사업자는 해외(미국 등)에 서버를 둘 수 있어, 이용자의 정보가 국외로 이전되어 처리될 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하여 기기 안의 모든 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 서비스가 보유한 정보의 열람·삭제 등은 해당 서비스에 직접 요청하시거나 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.

7. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 또한 아동 대상 광고로 취급하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집되었다고 생각되면 아래로 알려 주세요.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

개발자는 개인정보를 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 서비스와 외부 서버 간 통신은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.

9. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

[Developer / Company name] ("we", "us") provides the mobile app Tamdok (the "Service"). This policy explains what information is used when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect directly

The Service has no accounts or sign-in. We do not collect, and our servers do not store, your name, email address, phone number or similar personal information.

The following stays only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the app:

  • Reading progress, completed chapters, hint usage
  • Your in-game currency (Beans), unlocked chapters and remaining Burning Time
  • App settings (language, difficulty, text size, sound, vibration)

2. Information processed automatically

a. Content delivery (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase (Firestore and Storage) to download books and chapters. In doing so, Google may technically receive your IP address and device and app information.

b. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by ads. To show ads we use the services below, which may collect:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
  • IP address, approximate location (based on IP), device type, operating system, language and app version
  • Ad interactions such as impressions, clicks and completed views

Ad services we use: Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay (mediation) together with the ad networks connected through it (such as Unity Ads and ironSource).

This information is used to show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, and is handled by each ad service under its own privacy policy.

c. In-app purchases

Purchases of Beans and ad removal are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details; the app only checks on your device whether a purchase was completed.

3. Your advertising choices

  • iOS: On first launch you will see an App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change it later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: In Settings > Google > Ads you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
  • Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK: on first launch you will see an ad privacy consent message. If you do not consent, no ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app under More > Settings > Ad privacy settings.

4. Retention

We do not keep your personal information ourselves. Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the app. Information processed by ad services and Firebase is retained according to their own policies.

5. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties except as required by law. To operate the Service we use the following providers, which process information under their own privacy policies:

These providers may operate servers outside your country (for example in the United States), so your information may be transferred internationally.

6. Your rights

You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings at any time, and uninstalling the app removes all information stored on your device. Where you are entitled by law (for example in the EEA or UK under the GDPR, or in California under the CCPA) to access, delete or object to the processing of information held by our advertising partners, please contact those services directly or contact us below.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not treat ads in the Service as child-directed. If you believe a child's information has been collected, please contact us below.

8. Security

We do not store personal information on our own servers, and the Service communicates with external servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
